Mute
Participants and Leaders can mute their individual line at any time during the conference. Mute can be toggled on and off.
Question & Answer
Leader(s) can answer Participant questions more efficiently by using the Question & Answer (Q&A) feature. Q&A promotes electronic "hand-raising". Participants press "*1" on their telephone keypad when they have a question and the Conference Group operator addresses each Participant individually.
