Toll-free access to a conference bridge 24/7, without the need to schedule a conference ahead of time. Operator assistance is available by pressing * then 0 on your keypad.
Attendance Reports
When enabled, the conference leader receives an email summary following each conference. Report includes the conference entry and exit times, and caller ID (if provided to the Conference Group) for each participant.
Conference Manager
With password-protected access, leaders are provided a web interface to schedule conferences, email invitations, track usage, and even control a conference while in progress.
Music / Security Feature
Limits access to the conference unless the Leader is present. When activated, a separate Leader passcode must be entered by one participant (i.e. the Leader) for the conference room to be used.
Name Record / Playback Feature
Prompts each participant to state his or her name before entering the conference. Each time a participant enters the conference, the recorded name is played to the entire conference.
Entry / Exit Tones
When activated, an audible tone is played into the conference when a participant joins or leaves a conference.
Leader hang-up
When enabled, the conference will end and all participants will be disconnected when the leader exits the conference.
Billing Code Tracking
When enabled, conference leaders will be prompted to enter a numeric code followed by the # key prior to gaining access to the conference. This code will appear on the invoice, enabling the leader to track conference usage at the individual client level.
