Customer agrees to:

1.	Accept responsibility for maintaining the
	confidentiality of your account number and passcodes
	and for restricting access to your account number
	and passcodes.
2.	Accept responsibility and liability for all
	activities that occur under your account or
	passcodes whether lawful or unlawful. You are also
	solely responsible for all uses of your account and
	passcodes, whether or not actually or expressly
	authorized by you.
3.	Authorize the Conference Group to charge this credit
	card at the end of each monthly billing period for
	all usage during the billing period, or at a more
	frequent interval, at the Conference Group's sole
	discretion.
4.	Promptly notify the Conference Group of changes to:
	(i) the credit card account number or expiration
	date of this credit card; and
	(ii) your billing address associated with this
	credit card.  
	In the event that you cancel this credit card or it
	is otherwise terminated, you must immediately
	provide us with a new valid credit card number and
	associated information.
5.	Authorize the Conference Group to verify this credit
	card with an authorization of $50.  This is NOT a
	prepayment or charge to your account, but be advised
	that it may affect the immediate availability of
	funds.
6.	Indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Conference
	Group, its affiliates, officers, directors,
	employees, consultants and agents from any and all
	third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs
	(including, but not limited to, attorney's fees)
	arising from your use of this service, your
	violation of these Terms & Conditions or your
	infringement.
7.	Represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years
	of age and that you possess the legal right and
	ability to agree to these Terms & Conditions.
8.	Customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred 
	to collect the unpaid balance, including but not 
	limited to interest on the unpaid balance as allowed 
	by state law and any reasonable attorney fees/an or 
	collection cost incurred. 


The Conference Group agrees to:

The Conference Group will not sell, trade, or disclose to
third parties any customer information, including customer
names, email address, phone numbers and addresses, except as
required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process
or requirement or in the case of imminent and/or as required
to fulfill service obligations of this account.
